Sleep Center is
committed to improving sleep health in Arizona. Our comprehensive
services for individuals are designed to diagnose and treat all
sleep disorders. Problems going to sleep, staying asleep, sleeping
too much, sleeping at the wrong time, sleeping during the day,
and moving or acting strangely during sleep are many of the issues
we address.
The Sleep Center is also a resource for healthcare professionals
to assist them in serving their patients. Information about presenting
symptoms, diagnosis and management of sleep problems, and up-to-date
sleep research is available. Our out-reach program is available
to healthcare providers as well as business, charity and community
service organizations.

Individuals
are evaluated for possible sleep disorders. Appropriate testing
is recommended and performed, so that personalized treatment
plans can be developed.
We offer the following testing:

sleep testing (polysomnograms)

Multiple Sleep Latency Testing (MSLT)

of Wakefulness Test (MWT)

seizure testing (EEG)
- Home position
monitoring
- Home actigraphy

home oxygen monitoring (nocturnal oximetry)
What
treatments are available?
For some, treatment may mean adopting new bedtime routines,
administering light therapy or learning to use relaxation techniques.
For others, treatment may involve medications or the nighttime
use of one of a positive airway pressure device to improve breathing.
We offer the following treatment assessment and initiation:
Are your services covered by insurance?
The Sleep Center’s services are covered by most health plans
including Medicare and Medicaid. The coverage criteria of
each organization is fully understood by our sleep counselors,
who will coordinate your care and communicate directly with your
primary care physician and insurance provider.
